Websites and SEO
for construction and renovation.
We build, host and promote websites for construction and renovation contractors: one page per service, a quote request form that accepts photos and plans, your RBQ licence shown as the RBQ requires, your Google Business Profile and your reviews.
- French first, bilingual
- Managed hosting included
- One accountable person
The problem
Your website has to show your licence and your work
According to the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, the Building Act requires you to display your licence number on several mediums, and "if you advertise your services on your website, professional or personal social networks, you must indicate your licence number." Before hiring a contractor, your customers are asked by the RBQ to check the licence in its repertory. A contractor's website should therefore show the licence, real projects and a simple way to ask for a quote. Here is what it has to avoid.
- A licence number missing from the site, or written differently from "RBQ licence: XXXX-XXXX-XX", the format the RBQ asks for
- The RBQ logo or the Québec flag on your site: the RBQ prohibits displaying them
- A quote request form that accepts neither photos nor plans, or sends requests to an address nobody reads
- One page for all your services, or one page per city repeating the same text: Google's spam policies give, as an example of doorway abuse, multiple pages that target specific cities and funnel users to one page
- An incomplete Business Profile and reviews left unanswered, when businesses with complete and accurate info are more likely to show up (Google)
- Stock photos instead of your job sites, in a gallery that names neither the type of work nor the area
- A website that is slow or hard to use on a phone, when Google uses the mobile version of your site for indexing and ranking (Google)
What we do
What we build for contractors
Websites that we build, host and maintain, in French first and in English when your market calls for it. Managed hosting is included with our websites, and we name no client without their written consent.
One page per service
A page for each service you offer, naming the areas you actually serve. No city pages copied from one another.
A quote request form with photos
Your customers describe their project and attach their photos or plans. Each request travels server-side to your inbox or your management software, with bot protection and no duplicates.
Your RBQ licence in the right format
Your number appears on the site as "RBQ licence: XXXX-XXXX-XX", without the RBQ logo or the Québec flag, which the RBQ prohibits displaying.
Project pages with your photos
One page per project, with your photos, your renderings or your plans, the type of work and the area. Future customers see what you have really built.
Your Business Profile and your reviews
Optimization of your Google Business Profile (categories, services, service area, photos) and review requests with no incentive and no filtering, as Google's rules require.
A fast website on a phone
Your pages are measured on mobile with Google's tools, before and after every optimization pass. Hosting, updates and monitoring are included.
Websites from $3,000, managed hosting included
SEO starts from $500 a month, with no long-term contract, and automations are priced by deliverable. The final price appears in a detailed quote, given after the free diagnostic or the discovery call. Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. See our approach and pricing.
Book a discovery callWhat we have delivered
Already delivered in construction
For a home builder, we fully rebuilt a website made by another provider: one page per project with its gallery, floor plans, price and status (available or sold), a quote request form that accepts plans and photos, and a redirect for each old address. We also handle its SEO every month.
For a construction company, we moved a WordPress site from its old host to new hosting, from its backup. We name no client without their written consent.
We commit to the work: build, publish, measure and report to you. Google itself states that no one can guarantee the top position in its results, and we do not promise it.
The RBQ rules summarized on this page come from its website, read on October 28, 2026. Members of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec and of the Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec, identified by the logo of their corporation, are not required to display their licence number, and neither are contractors domiciled outside Québec. This information is not legal advice.

How an engagement starts
From discovery call to follow-up
Discovery call or diagnostic
You book a discovery call or get your free diagnostic. We look at your website, your services, the areas you serve and how your quote requests come in, at no cost and with no obligation.
Quote by deliverable
You receive a detailed quote: each deliverable, its price and what is included. The work starts when you accept it.
Delivery and follow-up
Before launch, your new website runs on a separate test version, which we check before putting it online. After that, it is checked every 15 minutes, and an alert reaches us when form submissions fail.
