Service · Marketing and Web Automation
We connect your website to your tools: every request sent through a form reaches your inbox or your software, gets counted, and you know where it came from. Alerts, automatic replies, conversion tracking and reports, with the consent CASL and Law 25 require.
The problem
A form that sends an email nobody reads, a broken conversion tag, data copied by hand: every weak link costs you requests, often without anyone noticing.
A few minutes to receive our free SEO audit by email: an automation you can try
CASL every commercial message starts from consent
Law 25 tracking respects the visitor's cookie choice
What we deliver
We do not sell yet another software to learn. We connect your website to the tools you already use, then check that every request reaches the right place. Each deliverable has its own price, as explained in our approach and pricing.
Priced by deliverable
After the diagnostic, based on the automations to build and the tools to connect. No long-term contract.
Get my free SEO auditBefore: an email nobody reads. After: every request sent on your site is passed on the server side to your management software or your inbox, with bot protection and no duplicates.
Before: a broken form nobody notices. After: the requests received are counted, and an alert tells us when submissions fail or when requests stop coming in.
Before: a request waiting in an inbox. After: a notification goes out as soon as a request arrives, and the person who wrote gets an automatic reply when the mandate includes it.
Before: no way to know where your clients come from. After: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and your ad platforms' conversion tags are installed or repaired, respecting the visitor's cookie choice, as Law 25 requires.
Before: numbers with no explanation. After: requests received, conversions measured and what was fixed, in reports that separate observations, decisions and next actions.
An AI step can be part of an automation when it meets a real need, for example sorting incoming requests. Before we build, we explain which data it processes, and you approve.
An example you can try
Our own free SEO audit works like the automations we build for our clients. The form is protected against bots, and the request is processed on the server side only if you ticked the consent box.
Our system then reads the page you enter, its robots.txt file and its mobile speed as measured by Google PageSpeed Insights, runs 15 checks and computes a score out of 100. A 3-page PDF report is emailed to you within a few minutes. If the speed measurement fails, the report says "Not measured" instead of making up a number.
Every request is recorded. Steven gets a notice for each audit, and a separate alert when a report could not be sent. In Google Analytics, the request is counted only if you accepted cookies. Try it on your website.

Our approach
We follow the path of your requests, from the form to the person who answers them, and find the points where they get lost or need manual work.
Each automation to build is named, with its price and what is included. The work starts when you accept it. We can start with a single automation, then add the rest.
We wire your forms, notifications and tracking to your tools, and test everything. You approve every message before it goes to a real client. Then request counts and alerts flag a submission that fails.
Frequently asked
Mostly tasks that happen on their own after a form is sent: the request reaches your inbox or your software, gets counted, a notification goes out, the person gets a reply when the mandate includes it, and the conversion is measured with the visitor's consent. It is not mass mailing: every commercial message starts from consent.
With the path of your requests. We recommend starting by wiring the form to the right inbox or software, with an alert when submissions fail. Conversion tracking and reports can follow. We work it out together during the discovery call or after the free diagnostic.
No, in most cases. We connect your website to the tools you already use: your request management software, your email or your tracking tools. The goal is to make your life simpler, not to add another software to learn.
CASL requires consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism for every commercial electronic message. The messages we automate are built that way: they start from consent captured on your form or in person, clearly identify your business and include a way to unsubscribe. We never mass-send to contacts who did not ask. This is not legal advice.
Yes. We check that your tags fire at the right moment and according to the visitor's consent, then fix the ones that no longer report conversions.
The requests received are counted, and an alert tells us when submissions fail or when requests stop coming in. We find the cause and fix it, without waiting for a client to tell you they wrote two weeks ago.
Yes, inside an automation, when it meets a real need, such as sorting incoming requests. We discuss it after the free diagnostic. Before we build, we explain which data the AI processes, and the price is set by deliverable, like everything else.
The price is set by deliverable: it depends on the automations to build and the tools to connect. We can start with a single automation, then add the rest. We set the cost together after the free diagnostic, with no obligation.
